Dedicated armed reaction units are specially trained to deal with all situations that can arise when responding to emergencies. Reaction officers are armed, experiencedand PSIRA registered with no criminal records or transgressions to their names. All armedreaction officers have completed firearm training with SASSETA-accredited institutions and have valid SAPS competency certificates. Our reaction units areoperational 24 hours, every day of the year. Vehicles are fully equipped and supported by our 24/7 Control center, thereby ensuring all activities are constantly monitored. All vehicles are fitted with satellite navigation, and tracking systems with dash cam surveillance. All our vehicles are company-branded. Rapid reaction to emergencies is crucial in minimizing potential loss and damage to property or premises. Our reaction teams respond to calls from business and domestic alarms, and urgent requests for assistance by clients, SAPS, and on-sitesecurity officers.
